Teaser Trailer
Here's a teaser video I made for my zombie adventure game, Nearly Departed.

There's still a lot of work left to do, but hopefully this will convince people that yes, I'm still working on it!

It's looking good! Do you if Lassie (is that the name of the engine?) is easier or harder than Adventure Game Studio?

I only tried AGS once, through VirtualPC on my Mac. I didn't play around with it much, though I probably would try to make a game with it if I had an Intel Mac and could boot into Windows. I wouldn't say Lassie is easier, it's just a different approach to game construction. It may be easier if you're better at something like Flash. AGS probably has a more diverse set of tools, though, and Lassie is still under construction to a degree.

Well, I was wondering if I should give Flash a try because when I made a simple game before, I got a lot of "But I have a Mac!" responses, and Mac users can play Flash games, so Lassie seems like something I should try?

Although all I've used before is Game Maker... ^_^;

Well, LassieAS is worth downloading and giving a try when you have a free afternoon.

A day after I say something in journal and all too. Good stuff John. Can't wait for the real thing. I can wait though, so that it kicks total ass.
